Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions form the legal foundation governing the use of RDP Press digital platforms, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, users agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both users and RDP. They cover important provisions such as intellectual property rights, authorized use of content, user obligations, and restrictions on misuse. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content and services for lawful, personal, or scholarly purposes only, subject to compliance with the Terms.

Prohibitions include, without limitation, copying, redistributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent, however proper acknowledgement to the work /authors is required. Our terms also describe how disputes will be governed, limitations of liability, and how users can safely and securely maintain account credentials if applicable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Pricing and Refund Policy

RDP strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services purchased through our official channels. Our Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be requested and processed. No article processing charges apply to the Journal of Digital Intelligence and Knowledge Discovery (JDIKD). For the International Journal of Theoretical & Applied Computational Intelligence (IJTACI), no APC applies to manuscripts submitted before 1 January 2028 and from that date an APC of US$250 applies to accepted articles, with waivers based on the Research4Life country groups; see the Revenue / Business Model page for details. Optional professional editing services are separate from the editorial process and are never required.

For digital products or services, refunds are generally not available once the purchase is completed and access has been granted, except where required by law or as otherwise noted at the point of sale. Where fees are paid for specific services,  refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, such as where payment was processed in error, alternative funding is applied, or services cannot be delivered. Refunds for publishing services are typically returned via the same method used for payment and may require submission of supporting information such as invoice details.
